SP Messenger apps

The client apps are free. Install SP Messenger on your phone or computer, connect it to your organisation's server and start working right away.

These are client apps only. To use SP Messenger you need access to a server — contact us to get one.

On request we can set up a free demo server for 15 days with up to 10 participants.

For users

Everything a team needs to communicate

These are the core features. We can extend them or add new functionality on request.

Every device

Apps for phones and computers, plus a web version.

The whole company in one list

You always see all of your colleagues — no need to search for or add contacts.

Chats and groups

Message colleagues one-to-one or in groups.

Audio and video calls

Call any colleague straight from the chat.

File sharing

Send documents, images and other files in any conversation.

Personal notes

Send messages to yourself — just tap your own name at the top of the app.

Sync across devices

All messages, including your notes, are available on your computer and your phone alike.

Voice messages

Record voice messages of up to 10 minutes. With transcription enabled, the text appears right under each message.

Call transcripts

With call recording enabled, the sound of calls is transcribed in the background. The transcript appears in the chat with speaker names and times.

Secure by design. Users cannot register themselves, delete messages or change their display name or avatar — only the administrator can. This prevents impersonation and scams, and keeps a complete record of work communication.

For administrators

Full control over your workspace

Users

Create accounts with a login, display name and avatar. Each login is unique across the whole server.

Disabling users

Temporarily block sign-in without deleting anything.

Removing users

Delete a user together with all their messages — or remove the user and keep the messages.

Companies

Create independent communication spaces whose users do not see each other.

Appearance

Choose a chat background for each company.

Limits

Set messages per hour and the number and size of files per day for each user.

Turn call recording with transcription on or off.

Personal notes

Tap your own name at the top, above the contact list, to open your private notebook.

Creating a group

Open the menu (⋮) on the main screen, choose New group, enter a name and select members.

Tap the group header to see its members and management options.

Read receipts

One check mark — delivered to the server. Two check marks — read by your colleague, or by every member in a group.
